Delaney Galway is a growing fashion boutique offering timeless and comfortable womenswear. As we continue to expand across Europe, we are growing our Customer Support team and looking for a Customer Support Advisor to join us.

About the Role

As a Customer Support Advisor, you will be a key point of contact for our customers. You will support them throughout their journey — from questions before purchase to after-sales support — ensuring a clear, efficient and positive experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer enquiries via email and social media (no live chat)
  • Provide advice on products, sizing and styling
  • Handle order follow-ups, deliveries and returns
  • Support improvements to product pages and customer experience
  • Assist with content for social media
  • Identify customer feedback and trends

Your Profile

  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Interest in women’s fashion
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Customer-focused, organised and detail-oriented
  • Able to work independently
  • Comfortable working with e-commerce systems
